Arrive at Casa Oliveira Fernandes and be greeted at the main entrance facade by the Oliveira Fernandes family who will engage the guests by narrating the history and heritage of the household which will be followed by a small tour. Following which the guests will be escorted to the cluster style table seating arrangements in the Courtyard.

The tables and chairs will be draped in white table covers with candle lights and florals as centerpieces. The ambiance decor will include fairy lights on the surrounding trees to maintain a simple yet chic atmosphere.

As the guests are being seated, the Goan band will set the mood by performing a melange of traditional Goan folk music and Fados. As guests are seated comfortably, the service staff garbed in semi formal attire will commence the round of appetizers. The bar will be located in close proximity, and will serving premium alcohol throughout the evening. In order for our esteemed guests to experience the essence of Goan culture, a traditional Goan folk dance troup will perform a few sequences.

After the guests have been treated to snacks, music and dance performances, the guests will be escorted into the Grand dining hall where dinner will be served. The buffet style menu will include a fusion of traditional Goan and continental cuisine, cooked in the household itself in order to give the guests a home cooked meal experience. The dishes will be served in antique fine China dinner sets from the house collection. After serving their hearts content, the guests will return to the seating arrangement where the band will continue to scintillate them with their tunes. The Dance group will perform a few more dance sequences as well.

After dinner, the guests will once again be escorted into another section of the interior of the house for dessert. Once again keeping to the theme of the event, the deserts will also be traditional and prepared by the hosts. The evening will then be brought to a closing with a small vote of thanks and farewell bid by the family.
